 THEY MUST CHANGE THEIR MINDS

Acts 28:6. 

The people expected him to swell up or suddenly fall dead; but after waiting a long time and seeing nothing unusual happen to him, they changed their minds and said he was a god.(A)

We see clearly In the opening scripture that people of Malta changed their evil thoughts they had towards Paul. Because they thought the moment he was bitten by a venom snake he will die because of the past things he was doing before start serving the Lord and because he escaped the death at the sea they thought he can escape that and survive this one.

However, surprisingly as they were waiting for him to die because of the poison after he as shocked off the snake, He didn't swallow nor die, finally they changed their minds that is a god 

Wow powerful scripture, believers believe me whether you like it or not they are people around you wishing you a casting down despite showing you kindness as they did to Paul but don't worry that you are going through and all those you have passed they are about to change their minds towards you cause they is a lifting up in your life Yaweh is the name.

And listen they told Paul you are a god, that is not surprisingly because the scripture says we are gods but they is sovereign one who is the Most High God, who dwell in the secret place. Psalms 82:6. “I said, ‘You are “gods”;(A)you are all sons of the Most High.’

And because of the power God has given us to step on serpent and that we shall be bitten by it and won't be hurt, so that the world will see that they is the God and we are His children fully protected and defended till our enemies change their minds. Luke 10:19.  I have given you authority to trample on snakes(A) and scorpions and to overcome all the power of the enemy; nothing will harm you. Mark 16:17-18.  And these signs(B) will accompany those who believe: In my name they will drive out demons;(C) they will speak in new tongues;(D) 18 they will pick up snakes(E) with their hands; and when they drink deadly poison, it will not hurt them at all; they will place their hands on(F) sick people, and they will get well.”

I know people around maybe starting with your own family you are questioned that, " they pray day and night but they are still the same, why can't they stop waisting time and just join us?" Who is that God is making them to suffer like this?

Job 21:14-15. Yet they say to God, ‘Leave us alone!(A)We have no desire to know your ways.(B)15 Who is the Almighty, that we should serve him? What would we gain by praying to him?’(C)

Brethren am here to tell you that don't give up because it's better waisting your time on Him because soon your story won't be the same a might change is coming and gates and doors are been open for you, and they will change their mindset and start asking whose God are you serving just tell them Matthew 22:32.  ‘I am the God of Abraham, the God of Isaac, and the God of Jacob’[a]?(A) He is not the God of the dead but of the living.”

Then Nebuchadnezzar changed his mind when God defended Daniel in the den of lions, and Shadrach Meshach and Abednego In the burning furnace and Nebuchadnezzar commanded everyone to worship this living God. If this is the same God you are serving don't even worry the help is coming your way.

God promised to be with you till the end and for that He won't let His name be disgraced because of the situation you are in now. Just be still and wait for the salvation from the great God.
